• Checks are done before guest arrivals, post-departure maintenance, and an additional service after 4 days for booki

• Chemistry check and adjustment
• Clean out skimmers
• Clean filters as necessary (pleated, sand etc)
• Vacuum pool interior as necessary
• Check components

• Remove any trash in the outdoor bins during the post-check-out hot tub check. 
• Dispose of in off-site dumpster

Please note: We do not enter the homes to gather garbage. Only gather trash from outside bins

Any unscheduled spa visit during weekly business hours.
